SAM-model iterative design with simulated phishing as the primary measurement instrument.
Used SAM instead of waterfall ADDIE to ship a first-pass program
fast and iterate weekly. Built modules in Adobe Captivate and
PowerPoint for delivery. Layered simulated phishing emails as both
a behavior measurement and a learning trigger. TalentLMS
administered the entire program with per-org and per-user tracking to maintain
100% staff compliance and assign continuous training modules based on individual
click-through behavior.
The non-obvious decision was treating each failed phishing test as the
curriculum trigger, not the seat-time enrollment. The user who clicks
gets immediate micro-learning targeted to that specific lure pattern.
