AdVran Inc. needed to rapidly improve cybersecurity awareness across a large and diverse user base of 1,000+ end-users. The organization faced strict compliance deadlines and needed a training program that could scale quickly while maintaining measurable effectiveness. Existing ad-hoc security communications were insufficient to meet regulatory requirements or meaningfully change user behavior around phishing and social engineering threats.
Gathered quick requirements and constraints from stakeholders to understand the compliance timeline, user demographics, and existing cybersecurity knowledge baseline. Identified phishing as the primary attack vector requiring behavioral change.
Used the SAM (Successive Approximation Model) for rapid prototyping of training modules. Created lectures and interactive modules via Adobe Captivate and PowerPoint, iterating based on early feedback from pilot groups.
Deployed training through TalentLMS with phishing simulation assessments integrated into the learning path. Incorporated simulated phishing emails to test real-world application of training concepts. Managed platform as LMS Administrator ensuring 100% staff enrollment and completion tracking.
